Fiberesin's court panel manufacturing process differs from others who cold press high pressure laminate over a core. Our panels are engineered using multiple layers of specially treated papers and decorative pattern which are thermally-fused using exacting temperatures, pressures and time intervals. The resulting composite surface is highly durable and is permanently bonded to the board material, such that there is no possibility of delamination.
